Waitstaff

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation

  • Experience with front of house service, and proper etiquette (preferred)

  • Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure

  • Takes direction well

  • Must be physically able to stand for long hours and lift heavy objects (no more than 25 pounds)

  • Friendly and able to interact with guests

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down events

  • Greet Guests

  • Carry out food service and clearing of tables

Kitchen Staff

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to Colchester, VT

  • Experience cooking in a commercial kitchen

  • Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure

  • Takes direction well

  • Must be physically able to stand for long hours and lift heavy objects (no more than 25 pounds)

Sous Chef

Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef. Helps in the design of food and seasonal menus. Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste. Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.

Porter/Dishwasher

Restaurants hire kitchen porters to improve the cleanliness and organization of their kitchens. With that in mind, employees in this role will be asked to complete a variety of tasks. These typically include washing cookware, sanitizing work stations, storing deliveries, and managing inventory

On-site Chef (part time)

Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

Prep Cook (full time and part time available)

A prep cook is responsible for the preparation of ingredients and stations used in the cooking process, as well as maintaining the kitchen and ensuring it is clean and sanitized.
