Cloud 9 is making some changes as we navigate through this strange time alongside our community. We wish to respect the priority of keeping everyone safe and healthy.
Being a small food business rooted in the local community, it is not just ourselves we fear for; this hard time effects a greater network. Cloud 9’s identity is built on the unrivaled local ingredients used in our kitchen. The Vermonters producing the vegetables, meat, cheese and other goods you love are suffering too. The chain reaction of our beloved food service industry shutting down is felt more deeply in Vermont’s tight-knit community because of how heavily we support each other when we are thriving. Continuing our business, allows them to continue their businesses.
We are excited to announce we have reformatted our menu to accommodate your needs in today’s world. Despite thirty years of catering Cloud 9 has never offered small scale take out quite like this. We created a different full meal preparation each day Wednesday through Sunday available for pick up or delivery. They will be just-about-ready-to-eat “kits” prepared by our two man kitchen team. Our private commercial kitchen is never open to the public and we hope this offers some extra peace of mind as you pick up your meal. We aim to create some joy in your week as well as ease whatever burden you may be carrying through these trying days.
Stay home. Stay healthy. Take good care of one another.
