"Sarah Moran of Cloud 9 Caterers catered two subsequent events for me last fall at our home in Stowe: a four course formal sit-down dinner and a buffet lunch the following day, both for 200 people.  From the get go, Sarah takes charge and is involved in every detail of the event.  She coordinates with each vendor including the flowers, linens, lighting, entertainment, and venue to ensure that they all come together for a perfect party.  Sarah is totally organized, always cheerful and available, completely "hands on" and tireless.
