Nicholas Logan - Executive Chef
Chef Logan began his culinary career in the fine dining restaurants of Sugarbush, Vermont in 1976. Trained in classic continental techniques, Chef Logan worked with French, Italian and Austrian chefs for ten years before expanding his focus to the New American styles of fusing many world flavors into dishes that please both the eye and the palate. In a world of ever changing cuisine, Chef Logan makes it both his profession and his passion to stay current with the trends in food creation and presentation.
Emily Robinson - General Manager
Emily is a native Vermonter that graduated from UVM in 2000. Emily's ability to anticipate clients needs have won her accolades many times over. She is well respected by her staff and colleagues alike. Intelligent and impeccable in attitude and appearance, Emily is a valuable asset to the success of Cloud 9.
Stephanie Olson - Pastry Chef
